Business Knowledge

• Develops basic industry related HVAC repair and replace industry; basic knowledge of co-operative.
• Develops basic business acumen with emphasis on wholesale and distribution concepts.
• Develops business knowledge overall Johnstone Supply business as a whole; business model.
• Develops business process knowledge in two or more targeted areas.

D365 F&O Project Delivery

• Lead discovery workshops and facilitate future-state process design.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration vs. customization.
• Own epics, features, and stories in Azure DevOps; ensure acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Partner with architects on integrations (API/EDI), data entities, and security model impacts.
• Lead SIT and UAT planning, cross-team coordination, and defect management.
• Support cutover planning, mock runs, and go-live readiness.
• Develop SOPs, RACI charts, training materials, and business process documentation.

Primary Ongoing D365 F&O Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for assigned F&O modules/workstreams.
• Perform issue triage, advanced troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee batch jobs, integrations, and recurring business cycles (month-end, inventory).
• Validate releases, manage regression test cycles, and support enhancements.
• Maintain functional documentation, configuration logs, and process knowledge bases.

Legacy & Ancillary Applications

• Document and maintain integration contracts across WMS/3PL, CRM, EDI, HR/payroll, BI.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks in hybrid legacy + D365 landscapes.
• Validate transactions and data flows between systems during migrations or process changes.
• Identify and support temporary solutions bridging legacy gaps.
• Participate in system decommissioning planning with IT and stakeholders.

Facilitating Business Relationships & Workstream Knowledge:

• Maintain deep understanding of business processes, dependencies, and constraints.
• Build trusted partnerships with SMEs and business leaders.
• Lead workstream ceremonies, clarifying requirements and decisions.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Communicate impacts of releases, changes, and system updates.

Transition to Operations:

• Define SLAs, escalation paths, and support models.
• Lead hypercare stabilization activities.
• Define operational KPIs and participate in monitoring.

Governance & Collaboration:

• Support compliance, audit readiness, and SOX-aligned controls.
• Contribute to BA practice standards and process maturity.
• Mentor junior analysts.

Education and/or Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with IT project management skills is desired: defining objectives, creating timelines, scheduling and planning project resources, documenting processes, monitoring and evaluating project status.
• Ability to use the Internet, e-mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of SQL, Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory, Power Platform. is desired.
• Ability to coordinate users & technical staff across multiple departments/locations as well as coordination of 3^rd party project responsibilities.
• Skill and/or experience building or supporting workflows for business processes within application platform (e.g. Monday.com, Service Now, Power Automate).

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In Office Position) 

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00
